    At the cost of insulin, every drop certainly does count. 🙂

    Back when I was draining a bottle in less than a month I would take a syringe, carefully suck all the insulin out, and inject it into the reservoir. It was easier to do that to avoid getting air in the reservoir. Now I take so little insulin that I don’t drain a bottle in a month and I’m very sensitive to expired insulin and end up throwing out quite a bit. It drives me insane.
