Having diabetes has helped me be aware of my healthy (and unhealthy) behaviors from an early age. The most important habit has been exercise. You can help when you log your exercise with the Big Blue Test. By logging your exercise, even as little as 14 minutes, you can help bring insulin to children who otherwise don’t have access to it.
