Choose Hope
November 4, 2013
I don’t really consider myself an advocate. I do what works for me, but when it comes to raising my voice and speaking out, I usually get intimidated. I think after today though, I need to consider myself an advocate.
What I see when I look at these videos is that I was low, terrified to interrupt someone, and wearing Katy’s shirt because I managed to get lipstick on the front of mine. What I want you to take away from these is that living with diabetes may be hard, but it is doable, controllable and full of variety.
I hope you’ve enjoyed my terrifying day, and I hope that there’s something in there that can help YOU live with diabetes.
Hi, it is really great , and you look just fine …you are absolutely right , it is different every day and it is doable and controllable…thanks for sharing that nice interview.
Have a good day
You are most definitely an advocate . . . . you were before these great videos but now you have kicked it up a notch. You rock!
Thank you Karen! I was incredibly nervous, but I’m definitely pleased with how they turned out 🙂
