Cucumber Salad
August 4, 2011
Last week I went out to eat with my family and got a cucumber salad. It sounded delicious with baby spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions and feta cheese topped with Greek Vinagrette. But what I couldn’t anticipate was how refreshing it was too! So this week I hoped I remembered all the ingredients at the grocery store and home to make my salad.
Every night this week I’ve been making this delicious salad for dinner, and nearly filling myself up on it because I can’t get enough of it.

Your salad is very pretty. I wish my salad would even look half way decent.
Mmm, that sounds awesome! I’ve been eating a lot of salads recently…it’s one of the few things that sounds appetizing in the heat!
I am a salad lover and the ingredients you used are some of my faves! I also add roasted red peppers and sun dried tomatoes a lot of the time. If you like the greek vinaigrette you may like Newman’s Own Olive Oil & Vinegar Dressing too. It’s delicious 🙂
Ooooohhh, yummy!!! You can’t miss with anything that had feta cheese in it.
